Line Up 5 is a relaxing colour-matching puzzle built around one satisfying goal: align five or more same-coloured balls in a row, column, or diagonal to clear them from the board. Every move counts, because any move that fails to clear a line drops three new balls onto the grid. The tension between planning and the ever-filling board gives the game its steady, thoughtful pace.
Two modes shape the experience differently. Classic mode delivers the pure puzzle and a leaderboard to climb. Power-ups mode adds three tools — the Hammer, the Rainbow wildcard, and Reshuffle — that open up new ways to manage a crowded board. Longer lines reward more points, and the game saves progress automatically so nothing is lost between sessions.
How to Play Line Up 5: Plan Paths and Clear Lines
Select a ball with a tap, then tap an empty square to send it there. Movement only works when a clear path exists between the ball and the destination — blocked routes mean no move. The objective is to form lines of five or more matching colours horizontally, vertically, or diagonally; completing a line clears those balls and scores points.
Any move that clears nothing causes three new balls to appear on the board. The Next preview displays the colours of those incoming balls before they arrive, giving a window to plan around them. The game ends when the board fills completely.
Power-ups Mode
- Hammer: tap it, then tap a ball to remove that ball from the board
- Rainbow: tap it, then tap a ball to turn it into a wildcard
- Reshuffle: rearranges the balls currently on the board
