About Boxteria
Boxteria drops you into a blocky, cubic world where the rules are yours to write. The game lets you become anyone from a bandit to a zombie, assembling crews and setting them loose across named maps including "Red Square," "Russian Village," and "Courtyard." With 20 cars available for riding and drifting, and a cast of characters spanning bandits, zombies, and police officers, the sandbox never runs short of combinations to try.
One scene shows an orange car leaving white puffy trails while turning on a blue-toned road in front of beige multi-story buildings. In another moment, green block-based characters with pink eyes and blue pants approach the camera holding a patterned firearm. Elsewhere, numerous blocky humanoid characters in red tracksuits are scattered across a green field near a wooden fence.
You'll find no mandatory levels to clear in sequence — the game hands control entirely to the player, making every session a self-directed mix of battles, races, and open exploration.
How to Play Boxteria: Spawn, Fight, and Drift
The core loop revolves around spawning characters and cars, then deciding what happens next. Spawned characters of different classes will fight each other automatically, while spawned cars are yours to ride, drift, and perform tricks with. To create either a character or a car, select the green weapon first.
