Bukvoed
About Bukvoed: Russian-Language Word Roguelike
Bukvoed is a Russian-language word roguelike that fuses the letter-guessing tension of Wordle with the deck-building combo logic of Balatro. The goal is to build words from a hand of letter tiles, score points, and clear eight chapters of progressively higher score goals, culminating in a final boss fight. Between rounds, a shop lets you spend winnings on artifacts that bend and multiply the scoring rules, turning careful word choices into absurd point combos. Every run draws from a pool of 40 artifacts, 12 bosses, and a 141,000-word dictionary, so no two runs play out the same way. A daily run mode uses a shared seed, putting every player on identical footing for that day.
How to Play Bukvoed: Build Words, Stack Multipliers
Select letter tiles to spell out a Russian word, then press "Play" to submit it and collect your score. Longer and rarer words earn more points, so stretching your vocabulary pays off directly. Each chapter sets a score goal that must be reached before your allotted hands run out. After clearing a chapter, visit the shop and spend your winnings on artifacts — these items stack multipliers and break the standard scoring rules, letting combos grow well beyond what raw word length alone could achieve. Clearing all eight chapters and defeating the final boss completes a run.
