Sprunki in Backrooms drops you into the Backrooms, a maze of endless yellow corridors filled with countless dangers. Trapped with no obvious way out, your goal is clear: collect 15 rolls of duct tape scattered throughout the maze, find the exit, and escape before the Backrooms trap you forever.

How to Play Sprunki in Backrooms: Collect Duct Tape and Find the Exit

Explore eerie Backrooms locations, gather all 15 rolls of duct tape hidden across the maze, then locate the exit to escape. Use the interact action to pick up items and open your inventory to track what you've collected. The menu is available at any time during your run.
