How to Play Solitaire Klondike - Treasure Island
The objective is to build four foundation piles, one per suit, running from Ace up to King. Begin by placing aces onto the foundations, then stack twos, threes, and so on until each suit is complete. The game ends once every card sits neatly in those four piles.
The main board holds seven columns where most of the action happens. Only a King may start a fresh empty column. To stack cards within the columns, place a card of a different color and a value exactly one lower onto the top card of any stack. Entire groups of cards that already alternate in color and descend in rank can be dragged as a unit between columns, which opens up tactical possibilities. The deck can be reviewed an unlimited number of times, so there is always a chance to reconsider a move before committing to it.
