About Sketchy Levels: A Hand-Drawn Troll Platformer

Sketchy Levels is a hand-drawn troll platformer where every level is designed to deceive. Floors vanish underfoot, spikes burst out of nowhere, flags sprint away before you reach them, doors send you straight back to the start, an eraser hunts you down, and ink floods the page. The game spans 200 levels across 10 notebook worlds, with many levels stretching across several pages. The whole experience is built around a simple loop: die, figure out what just killed you, and try a different approach.

Beyond the main levels, a built-in editor lets you design and build your own trap levels.

How to Play Sketchy Levels

The goal on each page is to reach the flag or the curled page corner to complete it. Every level conceals at least one trap, so when something kills you, study what happened and approach it differently the next time. Holding the jump input produces a higher jump, while a quick tap gives a small hop.

Games You Might Like

If the trap-heavy challenge of Sketchy Levels appeals to you, the broader world of puzzle games is packed with similarly devious tests of logic and patience. For precision platforming with obstacle-filled stages, the Geometry Dash series delivers relentless rhythm-based challenges that punish a single misstep, much like Sketchy Levels' unforgiving traps. The Get Over It Games series shares that same die-and-learn spirit where persistence through brutal obstacles is the whole point. Fans of bouncy, physics-driven platforming will find plenty to enjoy in the Bounce Games series, and the Red Ball Games series offers stage-by-stage platforming with traps and hazards at every turn.

For something that trades reflexes for careful thinking, Arrow Puzzle challenges you to clear a grid of arrows in the right order across increasingly strategic layouts, while Arrows demands precise planning to launch every arrow off the field without collisions and within a limited number of moves. The full arcade games category rounds out the options with fast, skill-testing titles that reward the same trial-and-error mindset Sketchy Levels thrives on.
