Rings and Dot! is a hypercasual color-matching puzzle built on a 3×3 grid — the same board shape as tic-tac-toe, but instead of X's and O's, each cell holds concentric colored rings. The goal is to line up three matching colors in a row, column, or diagonal and watch that line clear for points. Size is irrelevant: a big ring, a small ring, and the center dot all count equally toward a match. Chain multiple clears in a single move and the score multiplies with each successive combo. There's no finish line — the run is endless, and the only target is a new personal best.
Several scenes show the central 3×3 grid filled with nested circular objects in red, green, blue, yellow, and pink.
Drag or tap a piece from the tray onto any open cell. A piece only fits where its rings have enough room, so placement choices matter. Once three cells in any row, column, or diagonal share the same color, that color clears and scores points. Clearing more than one line in a single move multiplies the score.
When no good moves remain, the discard or eraser tool can open up space on the board. The run continues for as long as pieces can be placed — it ends when the board fills completely — and the aim is always to push the high score higher.
If the color-matching and combo-chasing in Rings and Dot! appeals to you, the broader matching games catalog on Playgama has plenty more to explore. Bublix: Bubble Hit rewards the same combo-building instinct with a bubble shooter where wall bounces and chained color matches drive your score higher. For a different kind of color-sorting challenge, Screw Match tasks you with sorting screws by color onto matching boxes before the slots run out. Mahjong Puzzle: Tile Match shares Rings and Dot!'s demand for forward planning, clearing a board by linking identical tiles in smart rows and columns.
