About Destruction Simulator

Destruction Simulator is a physics-driven sandbox built around one core fantasy: tearing buildings apart with complete control over how the chaos unfolds. The game grew out of a personal itch — the developers wanted a title that let them destroy structures freely and, finding nothing that fit, built it themselves. The result is a sandbox packed with tools for manipulating time, gravity, explosives, and the environment itself.

One scene shows a tall, rectangular grey monolith standing on an open green field beneath a blue sky with soft white clouds. In another moment, dark grey smoke and small yellow sparks erupt at a point of impact on a stone structure. A third view captures a multi-layered grey tower sitting partially collapsed in a brown, sandy environment.

How to Play Destruction Simulator

Load into any of the prebuilt maps or construct your own, then start firing. The game interface handles most actions directly — select your weapon or tool, aim, and let the physics engine do the rest. Several simulation controls let you shape exactly what you see: explosions visualization can be toggled on or off (useful when debris clouds block the view), switched to smoke only, or reduced to lights and flashes. A debris limitation option smoothly removes fragments once they exceed a set threshold, while the destructibility level can be raised when you want more rubble flying.

Levels / Maps / Worlds

  • Over 30 prebuilt maps ready to destroy
  • Map editor for building your own custom environments

Guns and Weapons

  • About 13 different explosives including missiles, dynamites, and bombs

Simulation Controls

  • Slow-motion: Full control over the time rate — slow it down, increase the speed, or stop the simulation entirely
  • Gravity: Play with low or high gravity, or turn it off completely for a zero-gravity experience

Controls

  • LMB (Left Mouse Button) + swipe: Rotate the camera
  • WASD: Move the camera
  • Q / E: Raise or lower the camera
