How to Play Brainrot Card Battle: Build Combos and Conquer All 60 Levels

Select a level from the world map to enter the card arena. On each turn, choose a card from your hand to attack enemies, restore health, freeze opponents, or deal damage to multiple targets at once. Watching your health, planning moves, creating powerful combos, and charging your ultimate ability are all central to surviving each fight.

Defeat every opponent while keeping your hero alive to clear the level. Victory unlocks new locations and collectible character cards. Conquering all 60 levels completes the adventure.
