About Binary Drop: Falling-Blocks Puzzle for Learning Binary

Binary Drop is a falling-blocks puzzle built around decimal-to-binary conversion. Each row on the board is a line of lights, and every column carries a fixed value — 8, 4, 2, or 1 — so each row represents a binary number waiting to be solved. Two row types alternate the challenge: lime rows show a target number and ask you to light up the right columns, while violet rows arrive already lit and ask you to read them and type the total. The first level eases you in by letting you watch before you act, and from level 3 the rows begin falling Tetris-style, adding speed and pressure as each new level brings more lights and a faster pace. How to Play Binary Drop: Solve Rows Before They Land

The board's columns each carry a value displayed above them — 8, 4, 2, and 1. Every row you encounter belongs to one of two types, and each type demands a different response.

Row Types

• Lime rows: a target number appears on the right; light up the columns whose values add up to that number.
• Violet rows: the lights are already on; add up the lit column values and enter the total using the on-screen keypad or your keyboard.

Solving and Falling

A correctly solved row disappears from the board. Starting at level 3, rows fall downward and must be solved before they reach the bottom. A row that lands costs one heart, and losing all three hearts ends the round. Clear 40 rows to complete a level and unlock the next one on the level path.

• Backspace: delete the last typed digit
• Enter: submit your answer
