Roots and Wheels puts you in the cab of a powerful truck with one clear mission: haul as many crates as possible through dangerous, unpredictable locations and get them to the destination in one piece. The game frames success around two things—your feel for the vehicle and your ability to think through tough situations, whether that means navigating mud, grinding up steep climbs, or picking a path across a destroyed bridge.
