About Mahjong Chef: Tile-Matching Puzzle Inspired by Mahjong Solitaire

Mahjong Chef is a tile-matching puzzle game built on the classic Mahjong Solitaire formula. Each stage presents a board of tiles, and the goal is straightforward: clear every tile by pairing identical free ones until the board is empty. Coins are earned by completing stages, and a small shop of purchasable items keeps things moving when a layout gets tricky.

How to Play Mahjong Chef

Select a tile, then select a second tile of the same type to match and remove the pair. A tile counts as free only when neither its left nor its right side is blocked by another tile. Some tiles start face-down and must be revealed before they can be matched. Rock tiles are a special case — they cannot be selected at all, but they break automatically when an adjacent tile is matched. Remove every tile on the board to finish the stage and earn coins.

  • Undo: Restores the last matched pair to the board.
  • Hint: Highlights a valid matching pair on the board.
  • Shuffle: Randomizes the positions of all remaining tiles.
  • Magnet: Automatically finds and removes a matching pair.

  • Tap a second tile of the same type: Match and clear the pair.
