Leap and Avoid 2 continues the legendary adventure of the white ball, this time with even more caves and even more laboratory levels. New mechanics, great sound, and a nice visual design all come together in this sequel. Several scenes show the white ball leaving a yellow triangular trail as it moves. One scene shows black spiked circular hazards attached to grey poles.
The big innovations this time are coins and secret passages. Hidden paths leading to coins are scattered throughout the world, and collecting them earns bonuses — an acceleration of the ball and a shield that absorbs one touch with hazards. The more coins collected, the higher a player's place on the leaderboard, making it possible to compete with friends while hunting down every hidden coin.
How to Play Leap and Avoid 2: Escape Through Hazards
The goal is to get through all hazards in your way to escape. Move to the right, jumping on white platforms and dodging black platforms. Sometimes moving to the left is necessary to reach the exit or to find hidden paths.
Secret passages lead to coins spread across the world. Collecting those coins unlocks bonuses — ball acceleration and a shield for one touch with hazards — and pushes your score up the leaderboard.
