Solving and Completing
- When all hoops of the same color occupy a single tower, that color is considered solved.
- The level is completed once every hoop ring across all towers is sorted by color.
Strict Rule
- Only one ring may be moved from a tower at a time.
- Each tower can hold a maximum of four color hoops.

- Tap a tower: Pick up the top hoop ring from that stack
