About ADHD Tetris: Endless Score Attack That Reacts to Your Play

ADHD Tetris is an endless Tetris score attack where the game itself responds to how well you perform. Clean clears and strong chains push the music, background, and effects through four escalating states — CALM, FLOW, HYPE, and OVERDRIVE — so the atmosphere shifts in direct response to your momentum. Speed climbs as you progress, runs award BITS, and your best score can be submitted to the leaderboard. An unfinished run and overall progress can both be restored, so nothing is lost between sessions.

How to Play ADHD Tetris

Complete horizontal lines to score and keep the stack from reaching the top of the board. Plan ahead using the next three visible pieces, store a piece with HOLD, and execute T-Spins, difficult-clear chains, and Perfect Clears to earn extra score and build FLOW.
