About Void Shot: Neon Arcade Shooter in Space

Void Shot is a one-hand neon arcade shooter set in the glowing depths of space. The turret sits at the bottom of the screen and fires automatically — the entire challenge is positioning it to intercept endless waves of pulsing rings before they break through. Every fifth wave closes with a boss fight, and each boss behaves differently: some teleport, some split apart, and some flood the field with minions. Random wave modifiers — crosswind, low gravity, turbo drift, extra bounce — reshuffle the conditions mid-run, so consecutive attempts rarely play out the same way. Coins collected during a run carry over to permanent upgrades between runs, giving each attempt a sense of forward momentum.

How to Play Void Shot: Survive Endless Waves

The goal is to survive as many waves as possible. Clear every ring in a wave to advance, and defeat the boss that appears on every fifth wave. The deepest wave reached goes to the leaderboard.

Power-ups and Drops

Destroyed rings can drop coins, hearts that grant an extra life, and temporary power-ups. Four power-ups are available:

  • Frost
  • Double damage
  • Rapid fire
  • Shield

Upgrades Between Runs

After losing all lives, banked coins can be spent in the Upgrades menu. Available upgrades include boosting damage, increasing fire rate, improving coin gain, and unlocking the twin shot.

Controls

  • Touch and drag (anywhere): Move the turret — mobile
  • Mouse move: Move the turret — desktop
  • Arrow keys / A and D: Move the turret — desktop
  • Esc or P: Pause the game

Firing is automatic — positioning the turret is the only required input.
