Go Balloons! puts you in the paws of a fairground squirrel whose balloon stock has been swept into the sky by a sudden gust. The only answer is to chase them up. The game is an endless pixel wall-runner built around a single, well-timed leap: cling to a pavilion facade, jump to the opposite wall, and snatch balloons as they drift past in mid-air.

Several scenes show a squirrel in a red top hat bounding between two vertical wooden pillars. Red balloons with small yellow bows float in the open air between those pillars. A stone-paved square with orange-leafed trees and market stalls sits at the base of the climb.

The pace climbs with the squirrel — the higher the run goes, the faster things move and the more densely sticking signs and pigeons crowd the path. Missing a balloon costs nothing; only a collision ends the attempt. After each run, height and balloon haul are both displayed, and the best daily height goes straight onto the champions board.
