City Pop Drive is a one-thumb arcade driving game set against pastel 80s city pop scenery. The goal is to weave through traffic, hit checkpoints before the clock runs out, and collect record-sleeve covers across five distinct maps. Adaptive music shifts with the route chosen at each fork, tying the soundtrack directly to how each run unfolds.

How to Play City Pop Drive: Pass Traffic, Fill the Breeze Meter, Reach Checkpoints

The car accelerates on its own from the moment a run begins. Steering left or right lets the driver thread through traffic, and passing close to other vehicles triggers near misses that add time to the clock and fill the Breeze meter. Once the Breeze meter is full, a Boost activates and knocks cars aside. Every fork in the road offers a choice between the scenic route and the express road, and the music adapts to whichever path is taken. Reaching a checkpoint goal earns its corresponding record-sleeve cover. Miles accumulated during runs can be spent on upgrades, cars, and new maps.
