About Basketball Rush
Basketball Rush drops a ball somewhere on the court and gives exactly two minutes to score as many points as possible. Every shot counts toward a running total shaped by distance, shot quality, and streaks. The ball flies in 3D and spins, and the rim has give — a shot that clips the iron can still roll in, or rattle out.
Ranked games appear on a global leaderboard and count toward a league standing, with relegation possible as well as promotion. Practice mode removes the clock and scores nothing, making it the right place to work on long-range attempts without pressure.
How to Play Basketball Rush
The goal is to put up the highest score before the two minutes expire. A ball appears somewhere on the court; set the arc, release, and the next ball is ready the moment the last one leaves your hand.
Scoring System
- Base points: the length of the shot, measured to the centimetre, multiplied by your current multiplier
- Clean swish: adds 1 to the multiplier
- Bank shot: adds 0.5 to the multiplier
- Consecutive makes: each make in a row adds another 1, up to ×10
- Missed shot: resets the streak entirely
- Buzzer-beater: a shot released before 0:00 that drops after the buzzer earns 5 extra points
Controls
- Press and drag (mouse or touch): sets the highest point of the ball's arc; the dotted line shows the path
- Release (mouse or touch): shoots the ball
- Release without dragging (mouse or touch): cancels the throw
- Arrow keys: move the arc circle
- Space: shoots
- P or Esc: pauses the game
