Standard Roblox T-Shirt Template Dimensions

Roblox T-shirt templates use a standard dimension of 585 x 559 pixels. This specific resolution ensures your design displays properly on all Roblox avatars without distortion or quality loss.

File Format and Quality Requirements

Your T-shirt design must be saved as a PNG file to maintain transparency and crisp edges. JPEG files often create compression artifacts that make designs look blurry or pixelated on avatars.

Keep your file size under 1MB for faster upload times. Most well-optimized PNG files at 585×559 pixels easily stay within this limit.

Design Layout Considerations

The template represents how your design wraps around a Roblox avatar’s torso. The center area displays on the front, while the outer edges wrap to the sides and back.

Place your main design elements in the central 400×400 pixel area for best visibility. Text and logos positioned too close to the edges may appear distorted or cut off when worn.

Color and Transparency Tips

Use RGB color mode rather than CMYK for accurate color representation in-game. Roblox displays colors differently than print materials, so bright, saturated colors work best.

Transparent backgrounds allow the avatar’s body color to show through, creating a more natural look. Solid white backgrounds can appear harsh against different skin tones.

Upload Process

Upload your finished design through Roblox Studio or the Roblox website’s Create section. There’s a 10 Robux fee for uploading T-shirt designs, and approval typically takes 24-48 hours.

Test your design on different avatar body types and colors before finalizing to ensure it looks good across various combinations. If you’re passionate about creating content for this platform, exploring different Roblox experiences can spark fresh design inspiration.
