Numbers rarely match exactly because each system reports on a different clock, at a different processing stage, and sometimes gross vs net of fees. Align the time zone, date range, currency and gross\/net basis before assuming revenue is missing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Two systems almost never agree to the last cent, and that’s expected, not a sign of missing revenue. The usual causes: different time zones (Ad Manager often reports in a fixed time zone while your dashboard may use UTC or local time, shifting a day’s data across the boundary), estimated vs finalized numbers (early figures can be revised as Google reconciles them), gross vs net values (some dashboards show revenue before a revenue share is applied, others after), and currency conversion timing if your account isn’t in the same currency as the report you’re comparing it to.<\/p>\n
